SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
- In-stock orders (non-customized items) are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order.

Custom-designed products or personalized item orders are shipped within 1–3 business days following project completion. Estimated project completion for custom projects and lead times can vary. Please email us at contact@usgameco.com for specific lead time questions.
- Gift cards and other digital products are automatically fulfilled within 5 minutes following purchase and delivered to the email address you provided. If you have not received your emailed gift card, please refresh your inbox and check your SPAM folder.
- International orders outside the United States are processed and shipped in the same time frames as domestic orders. Nevertheless, actual shipping and delivery times can greatly vary, particularly due to Customs processing, COVID restrictions, seasonal demands, and local shipping capabilities. Although we hope that your order will arrive much sooner, please allow a minimum of 30 days for your order to arrive before contacting US Game Company about your order.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or over United States federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via the email address or phone number you provided.
SHIPPING PARTNERS & SHIPPING SERVICES
US Game Company uses a variety of shipping partners to send your orders quickly, reliably, and expediently, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, & USPS. Our preferred shipping partner / carrier is USPS Priority Mail services.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES (UNITED STATES)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited and overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please Note: Although US Game Company provides estimated timeframes for delivery by our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)
We do offer international shipping outside the United States. Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders outside the United States are processed and shipped in the same timeframes as domestic orders but actual shipping and delivery times can greatly vary, particularly due to customs and duties processing, COVID restrictions, seasonal demands, and local shipping capabilities. Although we hope that your order will arrive much sooner, please allow a minimum of 30 days for your order to arrive before contacting US Game Company about your order. Although US Game Company provides the best estimated timeframes for delivery by our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
Please note: Due to COVID restrictions, US Game Company is unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on this list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES, APO, FPO, & DPO ADDRESSES
Yes, US Game Company ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to become be active.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES OR REFUSED DELIVERY
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. US Game Company will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address. Please alert us as soon as possible if an error in shipping address is discovered via email at contact@usgameco.com to make any appropriate changes.
If the shipment was refused and returned to US Game Company, we will contact you via email. Additional shipping charges may apply to ship your order again.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you received your order but it was damaged in shipping, please let us know as soon as possible via email along with your name, order number, and contact information (contact@usgameco.com). If possible, please also include 1-3 pictures showing the damage. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide any additional instructions, if required (we may need you to send the damaged product back to us). We will replace or refund your order.
MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible via email along with your name, order number, and contact information (contact@usgameco.com).
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and we will file and report the incident to local and federal law enforcement agencies. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow 21-30 days for the investigation.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
US Game Company is not responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs, and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
