Refund policy

ELIGIBLE RETURN ITEMS

If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns up to 30 days following an order. The item must be a "stock" item, without any customization (e.g. initials, special writing, customization, requests, etc.). Certain items cannot be returned to our store after production, such as customized or special orders, gift cards, and personalized items. GIFT CARDS & SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds on sale items or gift cards. Sales on these items are final.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

For items that have NOT been customized (e.g. initials, special writing, customization, requests, etc.), we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your name, order number, and contact information.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you received your order but it was damaged in shipping, please let us know as soon as possible via email, along with your name, order number, and contact information (contact@usgameco.com). If possible, please also include 1-3 pictures showing the damage. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide any additional instructions, if required (we may need you to send the damaged product back to us in certain cases). We will replace or refund your order. MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible via email along with your name, order number, and contact information (contact@usgameco.com).

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and we will file and report the incident to applicable local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow 21-30 days for the investigation.

REFUND ISSUANCE

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@usgameco.com.
